Chevron’s Buenos Aires Shared Services Center is a global operation offering accounting services to support Chevron´s worldwide business. With more than 300 accounting professionals and students, BASSC is growing and expanding its services.
To be able to meet our growing and dynamic business, we are looking to expand our middle and top level staff:
Senior Accounting Analysts:
Public Accountants with at least 5 years of accounting experience in multinational companies, auditing firms, or shared services centers.
Previous experience managing or auditing complex accounting processes, implementing process improvements, and preparing financial or management reporting.
Knowledge in SOX, internal controls and US GAAP are considered a plus.
Advanced level of English is a must.
Accounting Supervisors:
Public Accountants with at least 8 years of accounting experience in multinational companies, auditing firms, or shared services centers.
Previous experience managing or auditing complex accounting processes, implementing process improvements, and preparing financial and management reporting.
Previous experience in supervising and developing professional teams.
Advanced level of English is a must.
Main responsibilities will include:
Managing daily accounting operations performing the service level agreements with customers.
Leading a professional team, being responsible for the training, development and motivation of the team members.
Taking an active role in the company’s recruiting and talent retention processes.
