Reporting to the Front Office Leader, the main responsabilities of the position will be to:

- Receive orders and enter them in SAP, after performing validations;
- Handle Backorders and returns for costumers;
- Investigate and resolve any customer issues;
- Archive order and delivery of documents;
- Route Inquiries to related departments;
- Being the connection with the warehouse to understand customer distribution situation.

Ideal candidates must have 1 or 2 years of experience in collections or finance services activities. Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems, knowledge of Accounts Receivables Ledger and Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Portuguese & fluent English are required.
