The Customer Satisfaction Analyst serves as the customer’s primary point of contact for all communication and provides support from Services enterprise workflow and document management solutions.
The prime directive of the Customer Satisfaction Analyst is customer satisfaction. This individual works closely with the services Call Center, services providers, and internal areas to provide successful and timely resolution of support issues.
He/she is responsible for the proper troubleshooting, escalation, and documentation of all customer issues, requests, questions, and concerns.
This individual maintains ownership of these items from start to finish and is required to provide timely and high quality status updates weekly to customer.
The Services Analyst is required to follow documented support processes and must demonstrate a commitment to customer service in all situations. Also must keep a closely follow up of the internal process in order to ensure the claim resolution.

Technical skills:

- At least two or more years technical support and/or customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-English intermediate
-Desirable experience in the ISO 9000 norms, ITIL methodology, six sigma tools and development of processes
