Oracle Latin America region is looking for a group of Business Development Managers based in Argentina or Colombia
They will build long term strategic relationships with name and vertical business alliance partners. Manages a professional staff.
They will be responsible for managing partner relationships and a business development staff. Manage the integration of partners with Oracle sales and marketing. Develop and execute strategic business development plans in one or more of the following areas: partnering strategy, channel development and field level integration. Responsible for assigned key strategic partner accounts. Assist with customer presentations and sales support. Working with partners, define, develop, and execute business development opportunities that will result in substantial market perception and/or revenue for Oracle.
They will manage and control activities in multi-functional areas or sections. They ensure appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Experience should include identification, recruitment and/or relationship management of high profile large companies as business partners. Experience should also include participation in and understanding of partner/OEM/Licensing contract development and negotiations. Strong technical understanding of current IT trends for platform technology. Ability to communicate to senior level audiences. Successful management track record.
It is important to have technical product knowledge in one or more of these applications ERP/HCM; Base de Datos; Supply Chain, CRM y /o SOA/Middleware with deep knowledge of the business processes.
