For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for Technical Support Agents.
-To provide Customer Care and Technical Support to customers (consumers and businesses) by telephone, e-mail and/or web chat.
- To work closely together with Team Leaders, Quality Leads and Trainers in order to continuously keep your knowledge up-to-date and to provide the service according to 5CA’s clients’ requirements.
Position requirements:
- Night shift availability (12pm - 7am, with one way taxi transportation benefit)
-You speak German and fluently
-You have experience working with computers and technology products
-You are a quick learner – open to learn more about new technologies and products
-Preferably you have experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting
