Our Client, Swarovski, a fast growing and highly successful company In Latin America, is seeking for a Senior Regional Human Resources Analyst, new key position for our regional team, reporting to the Regional HR Director Latin America.
The job, based in Bs. As. would focus on developing and implementing all necessary frameworks, guidelines, and tools related to Compensation and Benefits; Mobility; HR Data; HR reporting; and HR Processes in Latin America; securing a professional compensation and benefits and mobility management, supporting the existing and rolling out new HR systems, fostering the use of HR KPIs and consolidating HR practices via processes and projects in all our countries, all based on corporate standards, regional objectives and needs in the Latin American region, and aligned to the company mission and vision. It could also lead other HR Projects involving regional or local implementations.
We are seeking for a HR professional with University degree in HR, Business Admin. or alike, with solid Compensation & Benefits background as well as project management experience in Latam mayor markets.
Being part of a global organization implies working with global and regional projects, travelling internationally and using English on a regular basis. It is an ideal opportunity for those interested in an international career development, as well as a diversified job across different HR sub-systems with a special focus on Compensation & Benefits, systems and metrics.
Considering the fast growth and evolution of our structure, we need someone with experience working with HR KPIs, working with ownership and used to report.
Native/fluent English as a language is preferred, considering the nature of our industry and our employees. Portuguese is a plus.
