Role Description:
• The HR Service Agent is the interface to the customer and assumes a crucial role in contributing to the perception and reputation of Lenovo HR Shared Services.
• He/she will be the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for the rapid and efficient resolution or escalation of their requests to Tier 2 support.
• As first point of contact, the HR Service Center Analyst deals with HR process, system and basic policy requests, which are considered to be routine requests and require limited research.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
• The first point of contact for HR Customers seeking for support for HR Shared Services requests.
• Documents customer issues using the HR tool.
• Analyzes the nature of requests and routes them to the appropriate Tier 2 support
• Complies with Service Level Agreements.
• Contributes to the analysis of learning and development needs for other HRSC Agents and analysts, working closely with the the HR Service Center Manager.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months telephone/call center experience with handling queries
- Basic HR generalist experience required
- Use of Case Management tools required
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Knowledge of Microsoft – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
