We are looking for a Senior Human Resources professional with global vision and operational leadership.
Profile:
• Focus on business HR subjects, deep understanding of business.
• Knowledge of HR systems, processes and policies
• Dynamic HR professional with 10/15 years experience as a HR Business partner, exclusive for people in management positions
• Credible and passionate with a demonstrated ability to integrate strategic business plans with an organization’s vision and goals.
• Ability to successfully influence organizational change, and established a cost-wise HR function.
Responsibilities:
• HR Business Partner for all non HR Countries in Latam (Bolivia, Venezuela, Panama and Central America).
• Support South Cone & Andes Region to integrate HR practices where possible and share knowledge.
• Advise employees on all aspects of HR; create HR function which directly supports corporate goals and mission.
• Audit existing status of processes, procedures, etc and develop action plan to implement within the countries.
• Work directly with CHRO Latam to develop and implement an Employee Engagement Plan based on every year survey.
• Develop KPI´s to track progress plans.
• Centralize mobility plans, efforts, questions, etc.
• Design acknowledgment practices to implement through the region.
• Centralize branding actions to disseminate around the region.
• Standardize new employee orientation.
• Consult with local HR´s about HR practices.
• Help local teams transform HR function from reactive to proactive business solutions.
• Design, planning and execution of global and regional OD initiatives
Scholastic Qualifications: Business Management, Specialized degree Human Resources. Desirable Coaching experience.
Languages: Spanish and advanced level in English (exlusive).
