Responsibilities
• Functional project manager for simultaneous mobile marketing campaign releases throughout Latin America based on GEM software; responsible for all elements of project scheduling, resource allocation, estimating, issue and risk tracking, and communication with partners, GEM management and client executives.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as the liaison with technical resources to estimate, schedule, and provide resource allocation for design, build and test phases.
• Coordinate with local resources.
• Responsible for release control, coordination, and adherence to standards for multiple products and for complete product and system testing.
• Assume overall responsibility for documentation including test plans, installation instructions, internal release notes, and design documents.
• Responsible for being pro-active, taking initiative in setting up projects, project teams, and processes required for project success. Develop and share best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

• Face-paced startup environment requires overtime, as needed, and flexibility to work with team, clients and resources in various time zones.
