Facilitating Ad Operations services and technical services with TAMs and CMs
Client Allocation to the team
Contract renewals, rates negotiations, forecasting and day-to-day account management of Tier 3 clients
Assist with the pricing on custom projects in conjunction with the regional Business Directors
Investigate, test, implement and support the adoption of business process optimisation tools
Participate with the business development team in technical sales and demos
Serve as the technical subject matter expert and/ or project manager on large scale implementations and migrations primarily for North American clients, but could extend to other regions
Participate in DFP - Site Catalyst integration projects
Participate in the Technical Account Managers weekly status meetings
Provide weekly reports to the Publisher Ad Operations Director related to project statuses, Tier 3 accounts and resource capacity and scheduling
Develop and facilitate product knowledge of technology platforms (as stated below) to support the business, TAMs and CMs and any other ad serving technologies / platforms that Acceleration selects to utilise to provide consulting and technical services to Clients
Delivery of trafficking, technical product support and product training (remote and on-site) for clients
Final escalation point for the team providing first line technical product support for clients
Document and track technical issues and processes
Keep abreast of product development and industry knowledge to develop best practice guides and skill builders for the business and the team
Support the Delivery Management Services team on related project issues
Day-to-day holistic management of the team in both Cape Town and Buenos Aires in terms of:
Team Structure, Team Training, Process optimization
Support Schedules, Internal Knowledge Sharing, Team skills set, Resourcing, Performance Management
All Staff Management disciplines / issues / motivational strategies
