DAMCO is looking for a young professional willing of growing in different aspects of administration and finance.
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
•Balance sheet, account analysis, general ledger, general report to inspectors and external auditors, fixed assets / depreciation and amortization, accounting changes analysis. Lead month end process coordinating GSC activities.
•Annual budget issues, financial projections / forecast, analysis of P&L (forecast x real) by cost centers, management report, financial consolidation and profitable business analysis.
•Tax returns (with assistance of external advisor) and transfer pricing
•Manage internal and external audits and ensure highest internal control environment
Specific responsibilities of the position:
•Reconciliation of all balance sheet items and bank accounts monthly
•Ensure internal audits, AQ and business control visits are followed up and findings cleared on accounting, payables and treasury.
•Become business partner, informing stakeholders on business development.
•Customer analysis. Monthly forecasting.
from other business units to ensure intercompany items are settled timely and old outstanding are avoided.
•Review and submission of the tax calculation
•Cash flow, intercompany transactions, financial resources.
•Manage HFM consolidation and participate in management reporting.
•Lead communication with General Service Center (GSC), raising issues and performing follow up until successful resolution.
•Prepare job costing analysis and business statistics for management decision.
•Analyze cost structure and identify potential savings.
•Monitor FACT team to ensure adherence to revenue recognition principles.
•Drive in the organization KPI culture. Ensure top score in BCO dashboard.
•Work in team with accountant during period end tasks.
•Prepare monthly reports: Balance sheet, Profit & Loss.
•Responsible for quarterly & annual reports: Last estimated; Budget & targets.
Specific requirements for the position:
•Certified public accountant (preferable)
•University Degree (mandatory)
•Experience: At least 4 years in accounting in multinational companies
•Languages: Advanced English ( mandatory)
•Systems: SAP (FI- CO) and advanced database management (mandatory), HFM (preferable)
