The Tech Support Representative will be providing support to the Human Capital Systems Team with Systems Integration Projects.
Job Requirements
· Excellent listening skills and attention to details required
· Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact fluently with native English speakers required (Bilingual Spa/Eng)
· Must be pursuing or have a BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Computer Systems / Systems Analyst or equivalent.
· Previous experience or knowledge in SQL or Payroll Systems is highly desirable.
· Previous experience in IT/IT support is highly desirable.
· Availability to work from 1pm to 10pm.
