AXA Assistance Argentina S.A. is looking for:
PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and to work at an international level.
Tasks included in this position are:
·Define and review the business case and requirements by regular reviews and controls to ensure that the client receives the system that he or she wants and needs.
·Initiate and plan the project by following the standard process
·Partner with the end users, work with project sponsors and other management to establish progress and direction of the project by achieving goals, reaching targets, solving problems, mitigating risks.
·Manage the technology, people, and change
·Manage the project staff by creating an environment conducive to the delivery of the new application in the most cost-effective manner.
·Applies the methods, standards and rules adopted by the company
General Requirements:
·Five or more years of experience in IT project management area.
·PMI Certification is welcome.
·Strong communication and organization skills including negotiation and influencing skills.
·Knowledge of CMMI and/or other process maturity standards are welcome.
·Ability to present concisely and to clearly identify key issues.
·A self-starter with the ability to prioritize & define his or her own activities.
·Ability to apply a methodology defined by the central team in Paris.
·Understanding of assistance business processes and accounting principles would be a plus.
·Fluent in English (written/spoken)
· Good proficiency in French would give an important advantage.
·Ability to integrate in an international environment.
·Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
