PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Marketing Communications Manager: Develops and executes the strategic planning of marketing communications programs for the American’s Pole, including vertical market and product marketing in an effort to improve the promotion of the company, its products and services furthering the company's sales objectives. Understands customer segmentation, customer needs and customer opportunities and how customers consume information and links this knowledge into the planning process. Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments and functional leaders within the marketing communications team to insure a results-driven, integrated approach to the market place. Interacts with vendors to produce promotional material. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of marketing communications experience
• Preference for ones that have Experience in promoting automation control solutions
• Experience in executing multi-national communications campaigns
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong writing skills
• Bachelor degree in marketing , communications or Business Admnistration
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
