For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for multilingual Customer Care and Technical Support Agents.
-To provide Customer Care and Technical Support to customers (consumers and businesses) by telephone, e-mail and/or web chat, providing a satisfactory solution to the customer’s inquiry and to exceed his/her expectations in doing this. - To work closely together with Team Leaders, Quality Leads and Trainers in order to continuously keep your knowledge up-to-date and to provide the service according to 5CA’s clients’ requirements.
Position requirements:
- You speak English fluently and/or at least one other language at a (near-)native level. - You have experience working with computers and technology products. - You have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills - You are a quick learner – open to learn more about new technologies and products. - You have demonstrated customer service orientation and a track record of commitment to quality in previous jobs Preferably you have experience in a Customer Service environment, Call Center or an international business setting.
