Job Summary:
PMO Analyst is an integral role which supports the largest Initiatives & Ops cases within CIO, supporting also the management teams, CIO Finance team, Continuous Improvement (CI) team, and the IT Organization Director. The PMO Analyst will work closely with the large initiative leads to provide support under different areas, such as Financial Management, Work Management, Tool Management, Project Administrator, Resource Management and QA/SQA, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Executive Analysis and Support
• Produce consolidated weekly project status reporting.
• Track, measure, report and communicate delivery costs, performance issues and risks.
• Support data, tools and processes.
• Produce monthly External and Internal Reporting Package
• Provide coordination/communication with appropriate Delivery Leads and delivery personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments.
• Communicate and work with customer and client as necessary.
• Run monthly reports and execute ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Maintain distribution of all monthly reports.
• Support Resource Management activities including roll on/roll off support.
