TeleTech Argentina is looking for a Application Support Engineer to become part of its Global Development Center.
The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for the support and application development for Computer Associate (C.A.) ticketing system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced-Bilingual level of English. - Availability to work full time. - Student of a Computer related field. - At least one year of experience in the following:
• Application Support (ability to troubleshoot technical issues). • HTML and JavaScript. • SQL language (preferable SQLServer 2005) • .Net experience will be a plus. • Help Desk tools Support and/or Administration will be a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proactiveness and strong technical skills will be highly appreciated.
