TeleTech Argentina S.A. is looking for full-time Global Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide recruiting services mainly to Belfast and South Africa TeleTech sites, and potentially to the rest of TeleTech sites around the world.
You will be responsible for:
• Responding to job inquiry calls. Responding to chats with candidates.
• Conducting phone, email and chat daily contacts with candidates.
• Performing phone pre screening interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and future assessments.
• Managing job postings on job boards.
• Developing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English is required (both oral and written).
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work 7 hours shifts (Part time) between 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Great command of Microsoft Office Package.
• Proactivity to work on a fast paced environment.
