Job Description:
To support the project management team in construction and major expansion of facilities in Argentina, keeping good control of resources, budget and schedule of each project.
Team Responsibilities:
- Ensure progress and completion of projects within approved budget, time, acceptable quality standards, in a safe manner as well as in line with the applicable local law
- Project budget preparation for capital and expenditures
- Prepare monthly project reports
- Liaise with respective government authorities to obtain all necessary approvals
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate tender submissions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
- 1-5 years related experience
- Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
- Project cost control management skills
- Preferably with experience in construction companies, engineering firms
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Communicate effectively with direct superior, all staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers
Contract form: 6-months temporary basis contract, with chances to be incorporated as full time employee based on performance
