The Opportunity…
We have an exciting opportunity for you to provide top-notch customer service and technical support for our clients.
* You’ll be on the front lines, answering inbound calls from customers in different parts of the world and taking action on their requests on a daily basis.
* You’ll be given paid training to strengthen your already exceptional skills and will be empowered to solve your customers' problems, and to make decisions that you think serve the customer best.
* You must be able to identify the source of the problem, determine the appropriate course of action, and coach the user through the resolution process with courtesy and professionalism.
