For our 24/7/365 contact center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 5CA is continuously looking for Multilingual Customer Support Agents.
At the moment, we are looking for French/English agents and German/English agents.
We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Representatives, who have a passion for customer service. They will be dealing with passionate MMO players who demand Customer Service and will demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tasks:
- Providing customer support via game interface, e-mail, or other interfaces while adhering to high standards of quality and ethics
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing complete and accurate responses while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Create and/or translate new articles for internal distribution and update existing articles as required

Requirements:
- You are a (near-)native German or French speaker, and next to that speak English fluently (preferred, not excluding factor)
- You have previous experience working within a Customer Support environment, call center or related area (preferred)
- You are flexible with regard to work demands outside of normal working hours
