This role will supervise and maintain the installation, configuration, and support of the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices and management of a technical team. This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality. This person will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations.
Skills & Knowledge:
•Awareness of core technologies within the mobile industry as well as Buongiorno’s current WAP sites and WEB sites
•A good knowledge of XSLT, XML, WML, HTML, xHTML, JavaScript, VBscript, MySQL, Unix and Java
•Attention to detail, when reviewing or writing documentation
•Clear written communication to a good level both in Spanish as well as in English
•A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•A good communicator, able to communicate across a variety mediums to a variety of different people.
•A quick learner with a sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
•The candidate will need to be process driven, yet flexible
•The candidate will need to be pro-active
•Knowledge of the latest mobile technology
It is a junior position for a recently graduate on Computer Science or student on last course.
