JOB DESCRIPTION
Proficient and able to take on complex assignments utilizing MS SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to plan and manage short term internal customer engagements, facilitate requirements gathering and provide support for basic to moderately complex issues for products supported.
The Portfolio and Content Management team supports The Current, The Source, Wiki, Sabre Teams, My Site, Primavera, VersionOne and Internal Web Hosted Applications such as sites which utilize forms and notifications.
Depth of understand of agile practices, and associated practical experience is required. VersionOne is the planning tool used by the team.
Understanding of databases as they relate to the support of the above noted products is needed. Candidate will be called upon to fufill a wide variety of support roles, which will require an understanding of basic technical troubleshoot approaches.
Candidate must possess exceptionally high level of communication and collaboration skills. The team is a highly agile, collaborative organization which is committed to honoring their commitments to their Sabre Holdings colleagues in an interative and visibile fashion.
At the time of hire, the candidate will not be required to have direct reports. But candidate should posses the base skills for development into a Manager of a larger team.
