Tasks description:
- Incidents attention, managing and resolution as well as request compliance
- Diagnose possible issues source and correct those issues
- Product installation and specific business applications maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years at On Site tech support duties
- Availability to work from 08.00 to 20.00 (9 hours shift)
- Graduate or advanced student in Systems engineer or similar
- Lotus & Office applications knowledge.
- Oral & written English skills
