TeleTech is looking for a Temporary Bilingual Recruiter for its Talent Acquisition Department. The position will be for 5 months with the possibility of an extension up to 6 months according to business needs.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for the selection process for Customer Service, Technical support and Sales positions. The TA Specialist will be required to work with candidates throughout assessment centers, face to face interviews and background check follow up, as well as evaluating candidate´s English level.
Requirements for the position:
- Bilingual English level (both written and oral).
- Advanced students of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related fields will be considered as a must.
- Full time availability to work from 9hs to 18hs Monday to Fridays.
- Minimum of 8 months of proven experience performing Recruiting tasks is a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools is required.
