TeleTech is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to become part of its Global Development Center as a member of the Solution Operation Support team.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be in charge of:
• Frontline Call Handling - Handling direct calls from managers having technical issues with agents in Operations. Troubleshooting, following procedures; tracking and follow-ups of the issues. Includes managing of resources on [call] bridges and chat support during major outages; identifying root-cause and diagnosing; resolve and/or involve the right teams to assist. • Documentation - Defining procedures, documenting and submitting them to the appropriate people for review and potential addition in troubleshooting Knowledge Bases. • Ticket resolution (Incidents, Requests, Problems, CMR´s, etc).
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced level of English. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Experience with PC hardware and software setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Experience with basic home networking (setup and troubleshooting). • Full time availability and flexibility to work after-hours, in cases of outages/upgrades. • Availability to be on-call after-hours and during weekends (rotational). • Ability to read logs/code (for troubleshooting purposes). • Experience with Web Logic, Web Service, Application Server – Preferable. • Experience in telephony systems (Cisco / Avaya) – Preferable. • Experience with Paint and Photoshop (for documentation/dashboard creation) – Desirable. • Database: Experience with SQL / Oracle – Desirable.
