Teletech is looking for a Business Analyst to become part of our Global Business Services Team.
The main responsibilities of this position will be identifying and documenting requirements for several projects related to Human Capital Systems, application testing and providing support to our global teams.
Job requirements:
- Students of Computer Sciences or related fields.
-Previous work experience related to IT is a plus.
- Strong English verbal, written and interpersonal skills required (Bilingual Spa/Eng).
- Availability to work full time. Morning and Evening shifts (Between 9 to 10 pm)
- Knowledge of Human Resources or Payroll systems (Tango, Sap) - Preferable
-Knowledge in Oracle and SQL – Preferable
