The eLearning Multimedia Designer is responsible for the creation of state-of-the-art eLearning programs, following the SCORM and AICC standards. Must work designing and implementing the most effective multimedia and interactive learning objects to deliver high quality eLearning courseware, on schedule and on or under budget. Creates and maintains all appropriate templates. Works with Instructional Designers to assure technical feasibility of implementing designs. Participates in the creation of storyboards for all courses utilizing industry standard instructional design techniques. Leads all aspects of multimedia development in accordance with the project plan and milestones.
Previous experience working in high production, schedule-driven environments is appreciated to this position.
Requirements
-Students of computer science or designers with emphasis in multimedia or web applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite Web Premium software programs such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver (HTML), and Flash.
- Video edition and production expertise; proven proficiency working with Adobe Premier and After Effects.
- Interactive media, video and audio experience to produce multimedia eLearning effectively.
- Motion graphics, cartooning, and look & feel design.
- Upper-intermediate of written and intermediate of oral English.
- Full time availability.
Will be considered a plus:
- Comprehension of Action Script 2.0 or 3.0.
- Knowledge in languages such as, HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of multimedia production for eLearning courseware.
- Familiarity with design and eLearning principles to create programs following the SCORM and AICC standards.
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Soundbooth, Captivate, or 3d Max.
