TeleTech Argentina S.A. is looking for full-time or part-time Global Talent Acquisition Specialists to provide recruiting services to other TeleTech sites around the world.
You will be responsible for:
• Responding to job inquiry calls. Responding to chats with candidates.
• Conducting phone, email and chat daily contacts with candidates.
• Performing phone pre screening interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and future assessments.
• Managing job postings on job boards.
• Developing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements:
• Availability to work until late at night ( up to 23 hs)
• Proficiency in English is required (both oral and written).
• Strong communication skills.
• Great command of Microsoft Office Package.
• Proactivity to work on a fast paced environment.
