The Contact Center solution manager will be initially responsible of ensuring the proper deployment of the Contact Center contracts in the southern cone region, building a sustainable business model and delivery practice that can be leveraged to growth additional business and to gain customer confidence. Also it will be the customer facing responsible for the assigned projects and will be accountable for developing a trusted advisory relationship. It will be responsible for the generation of collateral material for the Contact Center value proposition, Scope of works, technical specifications and general customer and project related material required to deliver and develop the business.
Qualifications:
- Hans-on experience with Contact Center project deployments - Business development experience with fluent verbal and written communication skill in Spanish (mandatory) and English. - Project management and leadership skills.
