The role is full-time, based onsite in our Buenos Aires office.What you’ll doYou’ll play a key role in shaping our people experience from end to end — from recruiting and onboarding new team members to keeping our culture strong as we grow.Your day-to-day will include: Leading full-cycle recruitment and ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience. Supporting and creating initiatives that boost engagement, collaboration, and team spirit. Organizing events, team activities, and well-being programs that make work feel great. Managing HR operations — payroll updates, employee documentation, and compliance with local labor laws. Overseeing office operations to keep everything running efficiently and everyone feeling supported. Continuously improving our benefits and internal processes to make Upgaming an even better place to work.What We’re Looking For Advanced English level (oral and written) – equivalent to C1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. 3 years of experience in similar HR roles, with a strong focus in the Talent Attraction area. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and digital platforms. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
