Contracting Attorney We are seeking experienced Contracting Attorneys to participate in a 1-month Commercial Contracting AI Fellowship focused on SaaS agreements, negotiation, and redlining. This role involves evaluating AI-generated legal outputs and helping improve next-generation legal AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
• Review AI-generated contract suggestions and provide feedback
• Evaluate legal risk and contract language accuracy
• Analyze SaaS and technology commercial agreements
• Collaborate with product and research teams
• Contribute to AI training data and annotation guidelines
• Provide expert insights for contract review workflows

Requirements

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
• In-house experience with SaaS or technology contracts
• Contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Strong legal risk assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with legal tech or AI tools
• SaaS risk mitigation expertise
• Data annotation experience
• Background in commercial technology transactions
