We connect data sources, AI-driven communication, smart workflows, scrapers, and CRM syncing — creating powerful, hands-off systems that replace hours of manual work.

We're hiring an AI Automation Architect — someone who can design and implement complex automation workflows using low-code tools, AI models, API integrations, and smart product logic. This role is a hybrid of automation engineer, low-code system designer, API integrator, and problem-solver. Full-stack coding is a plus, not a requirement.

What You'll Build

As the AI Automation Architect, you will create automation systems that:

• Qualify leads automatically
• Communicate with sellers, buyers, or agents
• Scrape and enrich property data (including using tools like RapidAPI and Apify)
• Sync information into CRMs
• Trigger follow-ups, offers, and contract workflows
• Analyze and prioritize deals
• Support large-scale investor outreach
• Build custom logic per client's strategy

Each solution is tailor-made per client. No templates. No generic flows.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Build automation flows using n 8n,
  
  , Zapier, Airtable, Supabase
• Develop site logic and components inside Lovable
• Use CLOSEBOT for AI-driven communication flows
• Integrate APIs (REST, webhooks, tokens, JSON)
• Connect external data sources such as: BatchData, BatchLeads, Reonomy, CoStar, Zillow, Redfin, LoopNet
• Work with GoHighLevel for CRM automation
• Work with scrapers and integrations (including RapidAPI and Apify) to pull and process real estate data
• Use GitHub for version control and deployments
• Deploy or maintain servers when needed
• Translate real estate business processes into clean automated systems
• Work directly with the founder on planning and technical decisions

What You Need to Succeed

Low-Code & Automation (required):

Technical Basics (bonus but helpful):

• Python or JavaScript for scripting
• Building or consuming APIs
• Webhooks + JSON structures

• Linux basics / simple server commands
• Scraping tools (Playwright, Puppeteer, RapidAPI, Apify)

Strong Advantages:

• Experience in real estate tech (residential or commercial)
• Twilio or telecom experience
• Knowledge of A 2P compliance
• Building dashboards or internal monitoring tools
• Experience with AI agents, embeddings, or vector search
