Lenovo is looking for a Warranty Claims Analyst to provide high standard support to our North American Warranty Service Providers. The Warranty Claims Analyst is in charge of assisting Business Partners and educating them on the terms and conditions of the ASP Program. Service is provided mainly via e-mail, though phone and chat support is also provided. This position also includes back-office projects, where pro-activity is welcomed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Providing assistance on ordering parts;
-Educating Partners on correct procedures;
-Educating Partners on warranty policies and coverage;
-Providing timely responses to warranty-related concerns.
-Providing ETAs of replacement parts;
-Monitoring and/or updating warranty claims placed by Business Partners;
-Educating Business Partners on warranty coverage;
-Analyzing Business Partners' compliance with terms and conditions of the Program.
-Proficient in English, both spoken and written (will be evaluated)
-Knowledge of Excel, SAP (desired)
-Experience in Customer Service
