Ⓘ REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the premium/luxury retail sector.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory - ability to assist international clients fluently).

Ⓘ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personalized Sales: Provide a premium shopping experience, identifying customer needs and closing sales effectively.
• Customer Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store’s visual standards are met, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily cash desk operations and billing.
• E-commerce & Logistics: Support the coordination and preparation of international e-commerce shipments.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the brand’s sustainable practices and collections to provide expert advice.
