Slam Dunk Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Customer Service Agent! 🏀
Are you a customer service rockstar with a passion for sports, especially basketball? 🏀 We're looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our US customers!
Objective:
As a key player on our team, you'll provide top-notch customer service, managing inquiries and incidents through our ticketing systems, and supporting our users throughout the entire purchase cycle. Your focus will be on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement – all while having a blast working with a dynamic team!
Your Role:
- Manage customer service tickets like a pro, resolving inquiries and incidents with clarity, speed, and professionalism
- Support and facilitate the purchase and after-sales cycle, ensuring our users have a slam dunk experience 😊
- - Identify opportunities to take our customer experience to the next level
- Prepare reports that showcase what's happening in the area, highlight improvements, and communicate progress
- Collaborate with the team and our US-based leaders
Technical Skills:
- Prior experience with Shopify is a must – you're already ahead of the game!
- Experience with ticket management platforms (Zendesk or similar) – show us your skills!
- Excel / Sheet wizardry is a plus (we love data-driven decisions)
- Senior profile: experience in a similar role (we're looking for a pro!)
- English language mastery – written and verbal (you'll be communicating with our US team and customers)
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience working with US-based companies or clients (we're a global team!)
- Love for sports, especially basketball (bonus points if you're a fan!)
Job Details:
- Remote work with a WeWork option (paid by us!)
- Holidays: Argentina (we love our local culture)
- Preferably resident of Argentina, but open to other Latin American countries
- Working hours: flexible, but with some overlap with US hours (see below)
- Salary payment in USD
Working Hours:
- March–December: 1 1: 0 0 AM – 8: 0 0 PM Argentina Time ( 1 0: 0 0 AM – 7: 0 0 PM ET)
- December–March: 1 2: 0 0 PM – 9: 0 0 PM Argentina Time ( 1 0: 0 0 AM – 7: 0 0 PM ET)
- Availability for after-hours requests and peak demand periods (like Black Friday and Thanksgiving)
