Collaborate remotely with a team dedicated to innovation, creativity, and pushing technological boundaries in digital artistry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train and enhance AI models.

Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on visual outputs and system performance.

Document design processes, patterns, and style guides for use in AI training and system improvement.

Translate complex design concepts into actionable data and training materials for machine learning applications.

Evaluate and test AI-generated content, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and integrate emerging design practices and tools into AI workflows.

Communicate effectively, sharing nuanced feedback through both written and verbal channels with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrated ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes.

Experience using industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

Comfort working remotely, independently, and as part of a distributed team.
