  • The HR Generalist will work closely with local managers to implement HR initiatives/programs, resolve HR issues to meet business needs

  • Will act as consultant to managers to ensure any business initiative is in alignment with our HR Policies and Procedures.

  • Will be the second point of contact for employees on HR related questions.

  • Partnership with other HR functions:  total rewards, talent acquisition, HR Business Partners, etc to ensure processes run smoothly.

  • Will participate in employee relations investigations and if needed escalate issues to other teams for resolutions

  • Consults with country or regional business and human resources leaders to identify program needs.

  • Manages the delivery of multiple programs simultaneously across a given geography.

  • Communicates Human Resource (HR) policies to business managers and employees; works with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and meet local needs.

  • Coaches managers in routine performance and misconduct issues and provides resolution recommendations.

  • Contributes to regional priority projects teams.

  • Has proven experience in Negotiation processes.  




  • Senior level in Human Resources matters.
  • Experience in Labor Unions Management is a plus.
  • Advanced English (85% oral, 85% written skills) is required.
  • Typically 4-6 years related experience in human resources functional area, Human Resource Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of all human resources areas.
  • Developed legal knowledge of the local environment.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong communications skills.
