HR Generalist will play a key role in expanding our team and building a positive, high-performance culture. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people and processes. The role is full-time, based onsite in our Buenos Aires office.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in shaping our people experience from end to end — from recruiting and onboarding new team members to keeping our culture strong as we grow.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment and ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Supporting and creating initiatives that boost engagement, collaboration, and team spirit.
• Organizing events, team activities, and well-being programs that make work feel great.
• Managing HR operations — payroll updates, employee documentation, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Overseeing office operations to keep everything running efficiently and everyone feeling supported.
• Continuously improving our benefits and internal processes to make Upgaming an even better place to work.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English level (oral and written) – equivalent to C1.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in similar HR roles, with a strong focus in the Talent Attraction area.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and digital platforms.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset, with curiosity, initiative, and a passion for solving challenges and driving growth.
