Human Resources Representative (Junior position)

Multinational Company, world-wide leader in the Protein Trading Market, is seeking a Human Resources Representative position.

The position will report to the HR Manager for South America and will be exposed to a complete scope of generalist Human Resources functions, as part of the of the Global HR team.

Qualifications Education/Experience

- Candidates should be studying Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

- Fluency oral and written communication skills in English. (MANDATORY)

- Relevant experience required in human resources, talent acquisition, on-boarding, or payroll will be desired.

Required Skills:

- Detail-oriented in order to accomplish tasks thoroughly and accurately.

- Reliable; sensitivity and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality.

- Able to organize and prioritize workload, demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills.

- Ability to follow-up on pending issues and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, particularly in Excel & Word.
