Main activities:

  • Analyzing Mattel's business strategies with key objectives. Delivering Strategic Account Plan (MSAP) 1H & Season (FY) having identified the key decision makers. Monitoring Strategic Account Plans, applying and reviewing progress. Making sure that customers execute agreed plans. Delivering external plans and forecasts matching mktg strategies and seasonalities

  • Searching to understand customer needs. Understanding the main sales and profit drivers of customer and the ways they are searching to differentiate themselves and develop their business. Gathering, managing and understanding customer's data. Understanding the role of competitors and the customer's performance

  • Following up on Sell Out through developing innovative activities for Point Of Sale (POS). Creating strategies focused on merchandising, price and promotions.

  • Setting consistent long-term objectives and customer development plan. Matching customer needs with specific Mattel Benefits. Building External Plan (FY Sales Forecast) 1H & Season.

  • Cataloging Mattel's products in order to obtain purchase orders on time according to Mattel's business cycle. Delivering product to customers, collections follow-up, charges agreements.
