We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to drive growth and build a strong, trusted brand in multifamily housing and hotels. This role owns execution, and you are almost the entire department! You will create and turn strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable growth. So you have to be hands-on. If you come from the corporate world with endless strategy and planning meetings, and many teammates doing one specific task, then this role is not for you. If you like clarity, ownership, and momentum — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own1. Growth
  • Generate qualified leads (property owners, asset managers, hotel operators)
  • Manage outbound + inbound marketing coordination
  • Optimize website conversion
  • Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
  • Improve email performance and nurture sequences
  • Track CAC, CPL, conversion rates
2. Brand
  • Refine and maintain brand voice
  • Oversee messaging across all channels
  • Publish consistent thought leadership
  • Manage social presence (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Coordinate design and visual consistency
  • Support PR, partnerships, and announcements
3. Content & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute content calendar
  • Create and/or review
    • LinkedIn posts
    • Instagram + Facebook posts
    • Blog articles (we have a content writer already)
    • Case studies
    • Email campaigns
    • Landing pages
  • Launch vertical-specific campaigns (Multifamily / Hotels)
4. Events
  • Preparation and outreach for physical events and expo
5. Measurement
  • Own marketing dashboard
  • Weekly reporting on:
    • Traffic
    • Leads
    • Conversion
    • Pipeline contribution
  • Continuously test and iterate

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
  • Clear brand positioning in market
  • Consistent inbound lead flow
  • Improved conversion rates
  • Defined marketing engine (repeatable + scalable)
  • Strong LinkedIn presence in multifamily + hospitality

Requisitos:
Ideal Candidate
  • 4–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 1-3 years in B2C marketing
  • Experience in marketing to real estate, property management, or hospitality (strong plus)
  • Must be pet-friendly and preferably be a pet parent, and preferably dog
  • Strong writer and clear communicator in English (you will NOT be the main content writer)
  • Background in education and training helps (strong plus)
  • Data-driven and comfortable with metrics
  • Eyes for design and details
  • Scrappy, resourceful, high ownership yet organized with “system” in mind
  • Comfortable in early-stage startup environment

Software Tools
  • HubSpot or similar CRM
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads
  • WordPress
  • Email platforms
  • Canva / Figma (basic proficiency)

AI Tools
  • You must be extremely proficient in GPTs
  • Must know how to prompt
  • Great if you have API and agent workflow experience

In your team
  • You have someone who writes content (full-time)
  • You have access to a designer
  • You have access to a video editor, though we want you to have some experience
  • You have access to a data and AI person who can help with agentic stuff
