We’re looking for a dynamic PR & Marketing Manager who can shape our public voice, build strategic relationships, and manage our online presence across platforms.
This role beautifully blends PR leadership with hands-on social media ownership. It is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, relationship building, and digital engagement. You will lead all PR initiatives—crafting PR pitches, building media relationships, and positioning our agency and leadership as industry thought leaders—while also owning and executing our social media strategy across platforms.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PR)
️ Lead the Strategy: Lead all PR strategy, outreach, and execution for the agency.
Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, podcasters, and industry influencers.
Press & Awards: Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and award submissions.
Thought Leadership: Secure speaking engagements, features, and op-eds for agency leadership. Craft thought leadership content (opinion pieces, interviews, newsletters).
Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and manage press tracking and reporting.
Marketing & Social Media
Content Calendar: Create and execute our social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create Engaging Content: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop content that reflects our brand, work, team culture, and unique POV.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to community engagement and trends in real-time.
Analytics: Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
️ Experience: 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, and/or social media (agency experience is highly preferred).
Media Pitching: Proven ability to craft compelling media pitches and secure earned media placements.
Strong Network: A solid network of media and influencer contacts in the advertising, marketing, or business press.
️ Storytelling: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Social Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, tone, and performance metrics.
Agility: Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
