A prominent real estate agency based in Miami, Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and autonomous Bilingual Assistant to join their team. This crucial role ensures the smooth flow of his operations, combining administrative transaction management with high-impact client communication.

This is a fully remote position!

Core Responsibilities

This role is divided into two primary areas: Transaction Coordination and Rental Process Management.

1. Transaction Coordination (TC)

  • Contract and Closing Management: Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from drafting the initial AS IS contract through to the final closing.

  • Critical Deadline Monitoring: Proactively monitor and manage all critical deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for the lender, escrow company, association (HOA/Condo), inspections, and walk-throughs.

  • Listing and Showings: List properties on the MLS, manage association applications, and utilize Showing Time to coordinate appointments and showings with buyers and tenants.

2. Residential Rental Processes & Client Management

  • Real-Time Lead Response: Answer incoming calling leads in real-time.

  • Call Management: Promptly return missed calls and proactively contact new leads generated by the agency.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client and transaction information within the company's CRM system.


Requisitos:
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who will be the engine behind our daily operations.

  • Bilingual Fluency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Phone Skills: Excellent demeanor and ability to efficiently answer the phone and manage a high volume of calls.

  • Motivation: Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.

  • Autonomy: Capable of working autonomously and proactively, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Preference for candidates who are familiar with the U.S. real estate market and processes.
