Value Labs (VLs) practice focuses on detailed diagnostic of client’s issues and challenges, their market, and the expectations of external stakeholders, with a view to identifying the top value creation opportunities that we can help our clients pursue. These activities support senior level client meetings, as well as other business development activities including proposals and orals. The primary objectives are to improve C-suite engagement for our top clients through pro-active trust-based relationships, leading with issues not solutions—as well as articulate our unique value proposition, by identifying big ideas and working across Accenture to deliver more value to our clients.
The VL Analyst will be part of the team at CN responsible for delivering Value analysis for clients. Responsibilities may include:
· Project Delivery: Be part of small teams to deliver VL assessments for global clients, prepare deliverable content, and participate in delivery presentations.
o Analysis of industry trends and client competitors positioning
o Financial analysis of clients and their competitors
o Interaction with global client teams to identify value opportunities
o Lead readouts and prepare workshop materials
o Develop valuation models
o Identify Value Creation Areas for clients
· Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise as relevant.
