Stay Today Inc. is a Property Management / Investment Company based in Miami that focuses on short term luxury rentals as a means to maximize our clients returns.We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate will be handling customer queries, providing support and assistance through various communication channels such as email, chat or telephone. The Customer Support Agent should have exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. This position also includes office related tasks such as reports, information management, research and similar tasks. This is a remote position.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to: Responding to customer queries and issues through various communication channels Providing customer support using the company’s software and tools Troubleshooting technical issues related to the company’s products and services Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records Collaborating with other team members to enhance customer experience Providing feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes and customer serviceRequirements: Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar role Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Spanish language on a advanced fluent level Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer queriesThe position requires working 8 hour shift.
